Our spa therapists are highly trained by our Balinese artisan of which we have brought in from Bali to be stationed permanently in Batam island to provide the best training in performing the signature Balinese aromatherapy body massage and customized treatments to our customers. The spa facility features spacious private body spa treatment rooms (with enclosed bathroom), body massage rooms, foot reflexology room and a vintage Balinese spa lobby for our customers to feel truly pampered and relaxed here.
